The people who work there are great, management are generally decent. Great if you’re looking for something short term or if you are a skilled worker and can get grade B or higher

No way to progress through banding, if you join at grade C, you will be stuck there until an opportunity arises (few and far between) to get you skilled to progress, there is no overtime due to the shortage in orders as it is an expensive slowly dying industry.

Pays alright, good banter at workplace.

Non-stop work, the job is more about how quick can you do it, not if you’re actually doing it right.Supervisor and managers treat you like dirt, but don’t care as long as they’re getting caravans out the door.
