Willapa is an incredibly inclusive and supportive environment. Cyndi and Selena are amazing individuals to work for who go out of their way to support and validate everyone they interact with. Selena is a significant improvement over her predecessor and the environment has improved significantly during her time as CEO.

The most significant con in my position is the level of need in the surrounding communities. Due to its placement in a rural community there is a significant number of individuals in need of services and insufficient governmental support in terms of funds to service the area as much as it deserves/needs.
