Pros
The company offers generous PTO. If you can stick it out to to use tuition reimbursement it is generous too. $5200 per year, but you must stay with the company for a full year after your last disbursement. Ideal for someone's first job out of college to gain some experience. If you work in Student Services you do not work nights, weekends, holidays and have generous PTO with limited exclusions.
Cons
If you work as a program manager you do NOT get holidays off and you are limited to when you can use your PTO. You will also work Saturdays and nights. It is high pressure high volume SALES. Do not be misguided by the promise to work in an environment where you run your own business. That was the case when it was Deltak, but those days are long gone. Micromanagement is the new way to run the company. But, if that sort of thing appeals to you. Then, this is the place for you. There are not opportunities for professional development or advancement. At least, not in the program manager role. It's all about productivity and maintaining your "QDS" (quality day score - more accurately referred to as the quantity day score)
