If you enjoy very small teams, hard work, and can manage traveling, then WildAid might be great for you. Caveat: this will depend on which team you join. Great opportunity to meet celebrities and important organizations/institutions/businesses. You will be using every skill set in your tool belt from graphics design to public speaking. WildAid China is a wonderful team to work with.
Cons
Not enough relevant training and cross-team synchronization. Not enough emphasis on clear goals, expectations, KPIs, and parameters for what is considered good performance. Not enough credit is given when credit is due. The SF office culture needs help since management team is way too quiet and withdrawn. Certain roles do not have enough leadership input and teammate support.
