Worst place - Sales Associate Wild Idea Buffalo Employee Review

Wild Idea Buffalo is a mission-driven meat and leather company that sets the highest bar for healthy animals, healthy humans, and a healthy planet. The team works hard to produce a great product and has a ton of fun while doing so. I love the company's mission to regenerate the prairie grasslands, while improving our environment and our food supply by bringing back the buffalo!

The Mission and Vision of the company are great and so are most of the people that work there.

Decisions made by owners "feelings" that change every other day. More worried about the grass on the ranch than treating people with respect. The work environment is stressful, expect to work a lot and be compensated poorly for it. NO BENEFITS and never will be! Product is not worth the hefty price you pay. Just donate money to The Nature Conservancy instead if you want to protect the land and Bison.
