Pros

I loved most of the people I worked with. We got free food to take home every month.

Cons

Zero leadership from the manager, although I heard she dipped without notifying her team, which is not surprising at all that that is how she would handle that situation. She knew she was getting fired so she beat them to the punch. Just absolutely toxic no help no real desire to make us want to be there. I think she tried to be nice towards the end, but it was so fake and in genuine that you couldn’t possibly take it seriously and then she catered to the one employee that caused more problems than she did. Once they get the negativity out, the rest of the team is great and if they get quality management and start paying people more than less wage they pay for the selfish expectation they expect it could be a decent place to work.

Pros

This is a great company with a strong team oriented culture. Management is approachable, and employees are given the tools and support needed to succeed. It’s a positive environment where hard work is recognized, and there are opportunities to develop new skills. Overall it’s a great job and a great company to work for.

Cons

Every company has minor issues, and this one is no different, but overall the positives far outweigh the small challenges.

Pros

The job as far as the tasks themselves are easy but a lot of hard work. Most of the people that work here are friendly. The starting pay is higher than most Florida based businesses. The medical benefits are not the best. They give you free products and a store purchasing incentive every month. The CEO and other people on that higher level come by to connect with the store and its team members.

Cons

When store leadership is taking much needed time off, the district manager will call to ask questions to the store managers and not directly the leads who are there to maintain store operations in their absence. At times they are asked not to take their annual vacations or are called in on their days off. This has caused a lot of leads and associates to be uninterested in growth opportunities with the company. This is also the reason a lot of people have left. Management enforces new processes and procedures without directing any questions to the stores that are affected by them. The stores understand changes have to be made but they aren't including the store employees when making them. They are expected to just roll with the changes although they are making more work and issues for the store and team (at times making their jobs harder). The IT team is probably the worst of any place I have seen. Nothing works the way it should. It is mostly the littlest things that are set to work in most organizations without questions or issues. But here, the printers are not connected to the computers (we cannot do them ourselves), The ones that are do not print without an issue. The POS do not work properly, We will have access to log into platforms we need to use but are blocked from actually using the service on it. Some people have logs in and some do not (when everyone is supposed to have their own login/password access to these platform) pushing all the team members into logging in with everyone's login and passcodes. When we send emails to help desk for resolution, some never get resolved while others get better but not fully fixed. When the IT employee comes to the store to fix the issues (which is not often) you can see he doesn't want to be there. He does the bare minimum. Everyone's experience is based on what store they work in. My store manager does not communicate or have much needed meetings with me to make sure we are on the same page about the store operations. A lead is supposed to help the store manager. It is hard to help the manager if they don't think they may need to improve their process. My manager kept getting the same negative feedback from their manager about the same things but never changed their process although the team and I have tried to communicate a solution to fix many issues.
