People are great, the culture is fun, the company is embedded with integrity and follows its core values

Benefits can be expensive. Environment requires a high level of autonomy, which is great for me, but others may prefer a different level.

Friendly and cordial management. Quiet office environment. Nice office building. History of appreciating employees in the past years up to 2013, however this has ended.

Management hides behind closed doors. Does not address or even listen to or address the recommendations of employees. Employee turnover is excessive with some positions held by 4 or 5 people in a one year period. No raises or bonuses since January 2014. Layoff of 1/3 of office staff in September of 2014 and still losing people on a monthly basis. Pay periods on paychecks not accurate. Vendors call every day requesting payment for old invoices and management insensitive to this. Health care benefits very poor with no 401K program. Disconnect of office equipment and computer internet due to non-payments. Angry vendors quit on a weekly basis - unpaid and uncared for after doing the work in good faith.
