      Sales staff are a great group of guys. Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Fringe).

      Cons

      Too many business strategy changes conflicted with the proper training and on-boarding of new employees. Too many training sessions to attend interfered with in field sales.

      The headwinds in the Ag Sector are putting pressures on the whole retail segment. Wilbur-Ellis is having to make difficult decision to evolve therefore, employees are feeling the pressures.
