Pros
Wonderful people (for the most part, there are always a few people in any organization that could be better). Great work life balance. Managers are awesome in my experience, and they truly care about their people. Lots of training available, and a lot of helpful people are made available for you to learn from. You have to WANT to learn. Good company culture and loyalty from the good employees.
Cons
The pay isn't super high, but it isn't bad depending on your location. Sales seems to get all the perks, while the administrators (office people) are left behind. Sometimes it seems to be a very male-oriented business, so women can sometimes feel like they are not part of the team. Depending on your location, it can be hard to move up in your career, because if a location has good employees, they never leave and you could be stuck in the same job for a long time before you are able to move up.
