      -truly incredible work culture -you never really leave, because all you want to do is come back -you get to collaborate with all the offices around the globe, truly collaborative team

      -can get hectic during pitch season -slow weeks are super slow, pitch season is BUSY

      good health benefits and free breakfast + lunch stipend, fun annual holiday parties

      Cons

      * upper management is horrible, so disorganized and do not care about human beings * everyone sucks up to chief officers who are huge narcissists, decide things on a whim * losing clients and revenue * hard to move up or get any sort of raise * did i mention upper management is horrendous?
