      Pros

      Great place to work. Culture is laid back and friendly. Everyone on the executive team is approachable and helpful. Paid federal holidays are a great plus.

      Cons

      Bankers hours. Schedules are pretty much limited to 9-5 and you have to work two Saturdays a month.

      Pros

      Almost everyone has the same goal: help our members live their best lives. When everyone is on the same page, the work gets easier and more enjoyable to do. We have a PURPOSE, not just a job. Plus we get paid for it and we feel like the leadership actually cares.

      Cons

      It is hard to watch some of the new hires come in and take advantage of this supportive management style and they end up getting away with stuff they should have been fired for.
