We value our team, seasoned and new, and in no way condone unethical or undermining behavior at Wickr. We're not in the business of firing people, and I can assure you that we are never happy to let team members go, seasoned or not. These are hard decisions to make. Startups come with their own challenges, which can set business decisions in motion that shift our workforce needs. We strive to handle these situations with the utmost care and Im sorry if this was not your experience. Ultimately, it would have been helpful to learn of your grievances sooner.
