      Pros

      Lots of responsibility since the owner is not involved in the design or work the office produces.

      Cons

      Unprofessional owner with poor knowledge of how to run a firm. Pay checks bounce. Unhappy clients due to lack of attention provided by the owner. Office badly managed. No HR. No benefits. Office manager has no experience. Owner has no knowledge of construction, architecture, or design. He is simply a decorator.
