Pros
I haven't been here for too long, but have no regrets with joining the Wibbitz family. Some of the biggest pros:
-It may sound cheesy to call the team a "family", but it's true. Even as a newcomer, I've never felt left out -- everyone has been so welcoming from day one and happy to help me learn the ropes. Many coworkers are friends outside of work, invite the whole team to their birthdays, etc. Definitely a great team dynamic here.
-Management truly listens and wants to help you succeed. It's clear that they care about their employees not only as members of their team, but as people. I'm never nervous to speak to management, including our CEOs.
-The company gives employees plenty of autonomy. No one is watching your every move or telling you how to do your work just so. As with any job, there are processes that need to be followed, but employees can put their own spin on things.
-Transparency with data and decision-making. It's so nice to know how each department is doing and what they're up to. It's hard to feel in the dark around here.
-Wibbitz invests a lot in maintaining their culture, so there are always lots of fun events to look forward to like happy hours and team outings. They also have plenty of snacks and coffee on hand, which is always a much-appreciated perk.
Cons
Wibbitz is constantly evolving, so this may not be the place for people who need considerable guidance or are uncomfortable with trying new things.
