Pros
Some of the best things about Whitley Penn Hr that they are open to communication, they do give you days off, and the people that work there are pleasant.
Cons
No systematic training process. Expectations are not outlined upfront. Unrealistic billable hours during peak season. Untrained staff, not enough staff to handle work load, experience with particular types of tax returns are required and training will not be given on them.
