Toxic - Engineer Whitecroft Lighting Employee Review

Toxic culture, ultimately stems from bad leadership ran by people that have never worked anywhere else. Doesn't help that departments all play the blame game and aren't willing to help each other. Weak leadership - ALL employees felt (and probably still feel) unsupported and undervalued. No trust, no accountability & disrespectful management. Poor pay, low pension, no benefits, no flexibility, no progression, no willingness to be open minded to new ideas... Management all stuck in the 20th century.
