Pros

Everything sucks apart from some of the employees, disorgnised office where half of the staff dont show up on office days, inclustivity and diversity is pratically non existent, The company follows a backwards practices and the enviroment in the office is pratically a ghost enviroment

Cons

management and training need work on, thats a lie on their feedback, often left confused on what to do and even senior management express " we didnt onboard one of our engineer the best we should try better with our new hire " this came for team lead by the way and them responding to the feedbacks with lies and acting like their company is structured is hilarous when company is clearly struggling and is understaffed, so where are these senior engineer training 1st line, newcomers, apprentices, very unproffesional and feedback pratically untrue

Hi there, as previously stated, we would like to thank you for taking the time to give feedback about your experience. We apologise for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced while working for our company. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we always strive to provide a better workplace environment for all our employees. We’d like to make you aware that we have relayed your feedback to the appropriate departments. Regarding your comment on the lack of training, this is surprising as all employees, whether apprentices, trainees or experienced staff, undertake a structured training plan. Apprentices have 1 day per week dedicated to training, as well as access to CBT courses. Other staff have at least 1 dedicated training day every 2 weeks. All new starters of any type have a customised 1-2-1 training plan with senior engineers, and access to additional CBT or in-person training as required for their role. We are sure there must have been a misunderstanding between us because some of the points you have raised in your review have not been highlighted before by any current or past employees. We have been operating in this industry for more than a decade and not received any such comments in regard to our training.
