Lone working Unrealistic expectations from Senior management to run stores on less staff hours than trading hours. Salaries are not based on length of service, performance or skills/knowledge. Supervisors often earn more than manager and deputy because of overtime. Terrible bonus scheme, they make it almost impossible to achieve. Taking on extra responsibilities, but you're not paid for the extra work. Your loyalty and commitment means nothing, you're just a number.
