Any overtime worked by our management team can be taken as lieu time in agreement with your Area Manager. We would always encourage holiday to be utilised and if this wasn’t possible to reach out to either your line manager or the People Team. We have an Open Door policy whereby any feedback is gratefully received. For vacancies within retail, we advertise all vacancies both internally and externally. There may be occasions such as restructures, changes of shop locations or risks of redundancies where individuals will be placed into roles as a suitable alternative, and in these cases the roles may not be advertised.
