Work/life balance, like with any retail management Pay isn’t as competitive as other retailers, especially for customer hosts and CH supervisors. There’s been so many cuts to payroll budgets meaning there’s so much lone working, it’s unsustainable and means management are often coming in and staying on the shop floor for entire shifts. I regularly do 5-10 hours overtime a week, as I’ve spent so long on the shop floor in the day and haven’t been able to get anything done We need more money in payroll to do our jobs effectively
