Pros
Absolutely none. Joining this company was one of the biggest professional regrets of my life.
Cons
White Rivers Media is a textbook example of what happens when leadership becomes the root of the problem. A handful of individuals at the top (you’ll know them when you join) run the place with an iron fist, driven more by politics, favoritism, and manipulation than actual talent or leadership. My time here was mentally draining. I was constantly undermined, spoken to disrespectfully, and subjected to personal attacks by my managers. The abuse wasn’t just verbal — it was systematic. They would speak poorly about me behind my back and slowly turn the rest of the office against me. It became a hostile environment where I was bullied and pressured to resign. Eventually, I chose to leave for my own mental peace. The company thrives on creating scapegoats and breaking down employees who don’t bend to toxic expectations. If you're considering this place as a serious career move, don't. You're better off anywhere else.
