      Pros

      WRA Global was a dream job. Incredibly inspiring mission, wonderful colleagues, flexible and feminist working environment. It will be difficult if not impossible to find such a supportive and inspiring working environment moving forward.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload was heavy, but leaders always worked with you to adjust.
