      Pros

      I have been with White Lodging a little over 10 years now and I don't regret staying with this company. It is a company that has endless opportunities and there is always room for growth.

      Cons

      The only downside that I have noticed is there is a Gallup that has to be taken when you are applying for White Lodging. I feel like you if don't score good that can stop you from moving up in the hotel or company. Some people that have amazing talent don't have the best test taking skills.

      Pros

      White Lodging is very welcoming and treats their employees like family. They respect your time off, which a lot of other companies do not. Amazing benefits. Orientation was extremely helpful. Plenty of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Very high standards but I wouldn't say that's a con. If you're not up for a challenge and you do not want to grow this is not the company for you.

      Pros

      Good corporate work environment. I loved my bosses and co-workers. I really felt like the company does a good job of setting their employees up to succeed.

      Cons

      None that I can really think of. They could've given better raises. The only reason I left was for a better opportunity but I would go back in a heart beat.
