      None. If you like being bombarded with endless tasks that do not make sense, sure.

      Cons

      Upper management is composed of entitled people who obviously do not know about what they are doing. They are just rich who flex in their yachts. They do not treat employees well and will just kick you out of the team when they feel like it

      flexibility, meet great people, diverse range of work

      Cons

      poor & under-qualified management, favouritism, no room for growth, poor pay - no pay rises. mental health takes a toll. emotional abuse, lack of support, expectation to complete tasks outside of role, poor treatment of staff - to say the least. no reimbursement for travel. high staff turnover
