Working for White Cross Management has been a real learning experience for me . On a daily basis White Cross Provided me with opportunities that pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me a great deal in the process. When I came to White Cross I had very little work experience and no clue what career path I wanted for myself. Jim took the time to answer my endless questions and always made me feel like my efforts were appreciated. When your a part of Jim's team you really get the sense that he is personally invested in your growth. my time at White Cross provided me with the tools I needed to move forward with my career. I feel like there are very few companies like white cross that give you the chance to be so involved in all aspects of the business. in summary I am very grateful for the time I've spent at White Cross Management.
