Great team but upper management lacks challenge - Sales Whistles Employee Review

Actually cute product, easy to sell.

Work environment could feel lonely at times.

I loved my time at Whistles. The VP in the US is just amazing, she spends time nurturing the growth of her employees. since it was a small operation i felt like there was so much growth opportunity and the learning curve was major.

The operation was small, and the UK team ties the hands of the US team making it hard to operate seamlessly in a market that is very different from the UK. with that being said the VP of the company in the US is incredible and she goes above and beyond for her team and the companies growth. Honestly working with Danielle changed my life for the better.
