-not transparent about pay and try to lowball you anytime they can -they said no negotiating the offer -doesn't give cost of living pay increases -doesn't pay out commission you are promise from InsidePass. A way to sell products at a discount to friends and family. -no promotions unless someone higher than you leaves the company, and thats only if they decide not to dump the responsibilities on someone else -They only hire engineers out of country now to work remote because its cheaper. -they took away WFH fridays and flex fridays -bad vacation amount -bad pay -doesn't tell you a specific metric goes into an employee rating for years, when you are just told it can slightly increase your small bonus. -upper management is awful -only gives 3% raises even when inflation is 12% -seems like they will eventually move everything overseas because its cheaper.
