- Casual atmosphere & attire - Free tea/coffee/soda in the break room - "Open-door" policy from even the president - Opportunity to work with prestigious clients - Talented group of coworkers
Cons
- People are dropping like flies. Turnover rate is insane. - Hard work is not rewarded unless you play favorites with management - Office politics = teenage soap opera. Drama abounds. - Coworkers lie to management about others, publicly slander them. - Raises are pitiful if even existent, yet the company is incredibly profitable. - Management is just awful ... awful.
