      Awful management and HR. HR professional is unorganized and seems to not to have basic understanding in HR. The interview process is the worst I've ever seen.

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
