Pros
Chief pilots office is helpful, training and safety are great.
Cons
Layoffs across the board. They've hired people and then layed them off, just to bring them back to lay them off again. Logistics is on a very short string, will often not get hotels until the very last minute or past that if you can get ahold of them. They are trying to save money on travel costs so stayed in some crap places. Mission planners are not qualified, pretty routinely will release flights that are not safe to fly for a variety of reasons - not to be trusted. Customer service does not get ahold of customers with news about flight cancellations or delays, will often result in customers showing up for flights that were cancelled an hour ago. Pay could be better and is about to get worse do your research on the new flight incentive pay. Will often starve during the day since they've cut back on their meal budget, and you may not be in a place you can get food throughout the day. They've also discontinued giving food to pilots during training, and shortened training by maxing out your days to (again) save money. The place wasn't great and has gotten worse - avoid.
