Pros

Good pay, benefits, 401k with company matching, paid vacation, 4 major holidays off with pay Thanksgiving, Xmas, The 4th and Easter Sunday. No cap on Managers pay due to performance based bonus program.

Cons

Difficult to retain techs due to constantly being under staffed. Team mates get burned out fast as upper management keeps pressure on sales increases regardless of man power. Horrible training program for prepping store managers. If you don’t mind filling multiple roles throughout the day including hands on labor and multi tasking the job that should be done by 3 people on top of your own job description because your always short handed with little to no support and dealing with the constant pressure to increase sales regardless of man power while owning the responsibility for failing to succeed while being micromanaged by a person you’ve never seen roll up his own sleeves and lead by example but does the most talking about how wrong your doing things….then you might do ok until you get burned out.
