Pay is very competitive. Fun product with a dedicated user base. Leadership has proven they value good employees through comp structure, offsites, etc.. People are encouraged to take risks without fear of failing, as long as you learn from failure.
Cons
As company scales, fewer % of people using the product and getting engaged with users.
