Good secondary job - Anonymous employee Whataburger Employee Review

NO WORK CULTURE... each manager is different and expect the store to run the way they like it during their shifts, whether it's right or wrong. My Specific GM is extremely wishy-washy and talks about everyone behind their backs. I have a few friends that work there as well, he will talk about them when they're not around to me and other staff and about me to them when I'm not around...(he does it to everyone including his best employees) when we defend each other he cuts our hours because (labor is too high) if you are considering working at the store on Frankfort and Dallas Pkwy. DO NOT make friends, get your money and go home.
