Ethical company with strong emphasis on treating people with respect. Safety and cost are top quartile. Family oriented, time off is respected and expected.
Cons
Average benefits with below average pay. Williamette acquisition severely affected the culture and almost ruined it. Shifting of emphasis from reliability to maintenance cost undid a decades worth of hard work by a lot people.
