I absolutely love working at this company. The culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative and I feel like my colleagues are more like family than just coworkers. The management team is always open to new ideas and encourages personal and professional growth. The work-life balance is also amazing and the company really values their employees' well-being. The company follows AB employment standards regarding statutory holidays, It would be nice to have all stat holidays off or days of in lieu of a stat when they fall on a Saturday or Sunday

Since my employment started 5 years ago I have had many opportunities for advancement with many more to come. I have received paid training courses to help further myself professionally and personally.

Company is expanding so fast it can be challenging to keep up, but also very rewarding as there are many opportunities for the right personality/individual.
