No direction from executive leadership
CEO doesn't know how to keep direct reports on task
No prioritization of initiatives, additionally no one saying "no" to any initiative
Everyone has their own priorities and nothing aligns. Then management blames lower level employees for lack of direction but we don't know what we are supposed to be focused on!
New agile methodology is not being implemented correctly
Ad-hoc changes are made constantly with no regard for other teams
Wrong people involved in decisions
Favoritism is hugely prevalent
Change management is non-existent
Good leaders are being forced out
HR is a disaster, creating new job roles under the table for their friends
Professionalism and culture is dead
C-suite execs are the epitome of the "boys club" from yester years
Coming up on a decade with this company and as someone that was absolutely thrilled with new executive management 3 years ago, I'm totally disappointed with the change in direction the last year and a half. We WERE on a promising path prior to the recent shift in direction, but that path is overgrown and non-existent now.
I used to be a forever employee, absolutely loyal to the leadership, mission and values. But things have changed so drastically the last year and a half, I don't recognize this company any more. Where is the heart, empathy, member and employee focus I loved?
