The employees at Western Shamrock Corporation feel like a family. At the Corporate HQ, there are only about 40 employees, so it is a close group. If you need help, you can always find. Upper management and Executives are terrific, supportive, and always has your back. I have worked here for about 10 years. I've worked for 12 bosses in my 40-year career, and the one I have had here at Western Shamrock is the best of a good group of people.

San Angelo is a small town so wages are lower than you would see if you were living in Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio, but the cost of living is less so it offsets the lower wages.
