Pros
I enjoyed my time here, I liked my co-workers and my supervisor was easy to work with and flexible. Great pay, good benefits, and annual raises. Good workplace culture overall.
Cons
I worked a split shift teaching morning and night class, due to my position. The ABE ESL department has classes in the morning, afternoon and night. So this is not a typical 9-5pm position- requires a split shift for almost all teachers.
