      Pros

      Make your own schedule as long as you get your work done monthly. Company truck, benefits, and good pay for the region. Bonus when you complete a project.

      Cons

      No room to move up. Or they hire outside for advanced positions. You don't learn anything about environmental compliance outside your one field duty.
