promotions are ran a little different. you get promoted and then you have to work in that new position for the same pay you were already working at for about 90 days before your pay goes up

Coworkers will help you out If your a good welder be prepared to pickup all their sucky welders slack cause the don’t hold people accountable

Don’t expect a pay raise if you move up they will promise you it till it comes down to the nut cutting then make excuses like mine was “you used the office microwave so you’ll have to wait a few months” then never see it for 7 plus months
