Management is basically L+M Hospital. And they only care about the staff from New London. The facilities are being left to rot. Whole sections of the hospital are being unused while they cram employees into small spaces. The pay scales are lower than New London. Westerly employees pay more for health insurance than the staff at L+M. Yale took everything over and we all had a lot of hope that things would change for the better but they haven’t.
