Pros

The guys there all seemed pretty interesting, and if you are interested in making money, maybe this appeals to you.

Cons

Felt like a scam. The job description did not list door to door marketing at all, and this fact was barely mentioned/underplayed during the interview process.

Pros

• positive environment; people that do not settle for mediocre • great team; lift & encourage, push each other to do better • staff outings every week • room to grow • cultivates growth • on the move constantly; days go by quicker, not stuck in a cubicle or at a desk (which is my worst nightmare) • get to socialize all day • offered me an advance on my 4th day! = UNHEARD OF! • one-on-ones to calculate your cost of living; determining required sales to "get you by" and to get you "above and beyond" • goal setting is a must = that's pretty much the key to success in life • knowledgeable workshops; informative, uplifting, with a dose of common sense for those who lack it • there is the potential to make a lot of money; if you put in the work and sweat • practice spiritual principles; humility, honesty, willingness, open-mindedness • practice "THE SECRET"; the law of attraction

Cons

• uuuuummmm...if you don't want to work hard this is not the place for you, perhaps try a union or communist country • it takes time to move up, you make very little at beginning but must put in the work • if you are introverted and/or socially awkward this is likely not a job you would enjoy • you are forced out of your comfort zone, which actually promotes growth = PRO • no lazily leaning against walls during office workshops; they want you to stand on your own two feet! = ALSO A PRO 🙌 • and oOoooh ya, no room for EGO; if you are a self-entitled know-it-all who lacks the ability to be humble and teachable?- this is definitely NOT THE JOB FOR YOU, you need to be willing to accept feedback and guidance
