work-life balanced with some midnight job required "Not sure" can be your answer all the time and is always accepted by anyone, it's common culture.If you just want to relax and going retired, this should be a great place annual leave is consider quite a lot compared to other private companies, medical compensation also good enough
Cons
no direction no job function defined, no "out of my job scope" is expected escalation based on guess-and-error inefficient way always preferred nobody will care and appreciate your effort no AWS,VB slow response and slow decision making even there is outage... no proper planning,management will just ask you to do something where they also "Not sure" what is going on...
