      No punch card. Therefore, can come in late without getting salary deducted

      Not good superior. The workload given is high. During pandemic salary got deducted for 3 months. Company is not stable.

      no punch card. Can come late without any issue. But not everytime.

      Cons

      Low salary. Furthermore, office environment is not good as it is small company. Management place engineers as front line whether pandemic or no pandemic. Overall, it is not a good place to work for long term.
