- Fun culture - great for extraverts - Highly intelligent, motivated fresh-out employees - Opportunity to gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time
Cons
- Senior managers bully, lie and manipulate - their behavior is tolerated by directors - Humiliated in front of my coworkers by a senior manager - HR simply doesn't care about the welfare or protect lower-level employees - Recruit people who are grossly under-qualified for positions, set them up to fail by assigning impossible work, and then repost the EXACT same position except with a "Senior" title and significantly higher salary - Training is of horrible quality and does nothing to prepare you for the role you are assigned - Sell themselves as caring mentors that love each other - they talk the talk but don't walk the walk - basically an organization built on false values and lies - Throw you in front of the client with no training and expect you to perform as if you had a decade of experience - Bottom Line: Don't waste your time here - this company has poor judgement in its hiring practices and conducts unethical business practices
