Pros
1. Some of the newer hires are great people with extensive background in consulting that's invaluable to the practice. 2. Many of the projects challenge consultants to think differently and come up with creative solutions to problems they've yet to encounter.
Cons
1. They sell themselves as a top tier consulting firm. They're not. The culture ends up being very sales focused, and thus the pipeline/staffing don't necessarily reflect the skills and talents of their employees. 2. People are encouraged to fill out surveys that show the company on lists, rather than organically creating a culture that would result in people seeing the company in a positive light. 3. It's been mentioned here quite a bit, but the culture is that of a frat house rather than a professional consulting firm. There seem to be two types of employees who are rewarded, those who were there from the start and those who still act like they're in college. It's discouraging given the intellect throughout the firm.
