- Friendly people, all great to talk with - Decent support structures with coaches, advisors, etc.
Cons
- Arbitrary structure for reviews, sometimes can be left to the opinions of 1/2 people - No transparency on state of how internal equity is going to be valued/roadmap for better success on that front
