Pros

People - everyone is so incredibly nice and willing to help whenever needed. It really makes new hires feel welcomed. Job Role - the role I am in feels like the right amount of challenging and when you get stuck there are a ton of resources you can use to get to the answer you are looking for. Benefits - the benefits offered are very good; great heath insurance, dental, vision, etc.

Cons

Technology - this is the biggest pain point for me personally. The systems/process is painfully dated and slow with lots of bugs that constantly need to be fixed. Seems like there is always an issue with something or something is broken. Processes - it feels like the process to do things is made way harder than it should be. If its one kind of request you send it to this team and if its another kind of request you send it to that team. This could be way more streamlined and eliminate the need to pass things off constantly for another team to handle. Compensation - the pay feels a bit lower than what it should be. While the home office has so many great amenities, remote employees aren't able to take advantage of it. It would be nice to offer other benefits to remote employees to offset the inability to be at the home office. Something like reimbursement for a gym membership based on meeting a certain number of check-ins in a year or a monthly stipend for internet expenses.

Pros

Modern technology stack with opportunities to work on cloud systems, APIs, distributed architecture, and enterprise modernization efforts. There are smart engineers throughout the organization, and some teams genuinely care about delivering quality solutions. The technical challenges themselves can help accelerate growth in areas like Azure, React, system integration, and large-scale enterprise workflows.

Cons

The environment often felt highly results-driven without enough emphasis on communication clarity, collaboration, or healthy engineering alignment. Requirements and priorities shifted frequently while delivery pressure remained high. Many interactions across leadership and architecture boundaries felt transactional instead of collaborative, which could make engineers feel isolated rather than supported. Success often depended as much on navigating ambiguity and organizational dynamics as technical ability itself.
