      Pros

      I have started my career here ......and seriously this is coming out to be my best decision , Since i have got soo many things to learn and have developed new skills and new experience of corporate world. Great place to learn and execute. Team management is good. Everyone is allowed to share their ideas, and they listen to them and take them in their consideration. Good place to work.

      Cons

      Some strict regulations. One should must be punctual.

      The culture at Weskill is incredibly supportive and driven. Leadership genuinely listens to feedback from the sales team, and the collaborative environment makes hitting targets feel like a team win rather than a solo struggle.

      Cons

      Being in a high-growth phase means that internal processes and CRM workflows can change quite frequently. It requires you to be very adaptable and stay on your toes as the company evolves.

      Pros

      Not a single plus point.

      Cons

      They will take you just for calling people, and in return you have to sit in their so called office for 12 hours and force you to meet an unreal target. So be careful.
