I have worked at Wescot for over 2 years and it is a great place to work. It is not like working in any other call centre, and I have worked in a few. The job itself is very rewarding and satisfying. There is a lot of opportunity for progression and development across the various departments and you are actually encouraged to do so. Senior staff/management are very approachable, friendly and supportive. There is no parking as in city centre but easily accessible via public transport. The late shift finishes at 9 which is on a rotation basis. It is a fun place to work and the wages are very reasonable (especially for call centre work)
